Can I add door staff?
Yes. Add your staff and choose what each person sees: the door only, no revenue, or read only.
What happens if the network drops at the door?
Scan keeps validating QR codes. Entries are saved and reach the back office as soon as the connection is back.
How do I see where sales come from?
Create a link for each channel: venue, DJ, social, photos. Each link has its own numbers, live during the event.
How do I contact support?
